1. Scope of Services
Daria Property Management ("Company", "we", "our") provides property management services to property owners and landlords, including but not limited to:
Tenant placement and screening
Lease management and rent collection
Property maintenance coordination
Financial reporting
Communication with tenants, vendors, and authorities
Specific services are outlined in the individual Property Management Agreement signed with each client.
2. Contract Formation
A binding agreement is formed when a client signs a Property Management Agreement with Daria Property Management. The content of this website does not constitute a legally binding offer.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide all necessary documentation, access, and information for effective property management.
Disclose any existing property conditions or legal matters.
Cooperate with the Company in good faith.
4. Fees and Payment Terms
Management fees, setup costs, leasing commissions, and other charges are defined in the signed agreement. All payments are due upon invoice or as otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest or collection fees.
5. Term and Termination
The duration and termination terms of our services are governed by the signed Property Management Agreement. Unless otherwise stated, either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
Daria Property Management is not liable for:
Damages caused by third parties (e.g. tenants, vendors)
Events outside our control (e.g. natural disasters, market conditions)
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the 6 months prior to the claim, unless otherwise required by Florida law.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Venue shall be in the courts located in [Your County], Florida.
8. Privacy
Client and tenant information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and we take reasonable steps to protect personal data as required by applicable law.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or through the website.
